As you would know the City of Tshwane is currently busy with the budget and IDP Process for the 2020/21 Financial Year. What would normally happen is that the City would hold public participation engagement meetings with the communities and various stakeholder groups in public facilities like Municipal Halls etc to engage on the IDP and Budget for the new financial year (2020/21 Financial Year), that starts on 1 July every year. Unfortunately this year is different with COVID -19 and the lockdown that goes with certain directives, regulations and other limitations, therefore normal public participation meetings cannot be held.
It is for these reasons that we are posting the attached documents for your scrutiny, inputs, and/or comments. The inputs and/or comments must be submitted the latest on Friday 19 June 2020 at 13h00.
